Student-Run Physics Activities

There is a student-run group associated with the physics department - the Undergraduate Math/Physics Colloquium (UMPC) is very popular and provides an entertaining and very educational view of the topics presented; usually a faculty member from the Physics Department, Mathematics Department, or the Institute for Advanced Study presents his or her research, peppered with some personal observations.

The Princeton Society of Physics Students (PSPS) is the Princeton chapter of the national Society of Physics Students (SPS), a member organization in the American Institute of Physics (AIP). PSPS provides social and intellectual outlets for undergraduate and graduate students interested in physics.
