Decline all additional insurance for ANY rental car company.
EXCEPT: When renting in the following states: California, Colorado and Florida. When in these states waive collision BUT DO NOT waive liability coverage for all rental car companies except Avis and Hertz. Avis and Hertz are the University's preferred agencies, special rates and insurance have been negotiated, but you are not required to use these companies, other companies often have lower rates.
